Terms of Sale

These conditions govern purchases made at PickAudio. We recommend reading them carefully before completing your order.

Purchases

All our sales are carried out quickly and securely online.
You must add or remove the desired products from the cart, where you can always see the breakdown with unit prices, shipping costs and the total amount of your purchase.
For products that are out of stock or supplied to order, an estimated delivery time is shown. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email within the next 24/48 hours with a more accurate expected delivery time.
Once your order has been confirmed, paid for or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a return under the terms shown in the Returns section. Please note that any change may incur costs.

Billing

Invoices will be issued using the details provided by the customer, including all costs, the applicable VAT and any equivalence surcharge where relevant.
If the customer is foreign and has an intra-Community VAT number, they must contact us to request the tax refund. Once verified, a new invoice will be issued.
Shipments to non-EU countries will be invoiced without VAT, the Single Administrative Document management costs will be charged, and you will pay import costs and taxes in your country. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra are considered non-EU for these purposes.
Shipments to EU countries will only be invoiced without VAT when the customer has a verified intra-Community VAT number. Otherwise, VAT will always be charged.

Shipments to a foreign customer at a national address (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands) will always be invoiced with VAT.

Payments

All payments are made through secure payment gateways, PayPal or credit/debit cards.
Deferred payment: PickAudio does not currently offer this option, although if you pay by credit card you may be able to arrange a suitable deferred payment option with your bank.

Returns

Returns must always be made with our prior consent, in the original packaging and with carriage paid.
Returns will not be accepted more than 15 days after delivery, nor for items supplied exclusively to order. Returns will also not be accepted for products that have been used, whose packaging is damaged, or whose original condition has been altered.
Returns will not be accepted for products whose factory seal has been broken or tampered with.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, returns are not accepted for the following products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect:
- Vocal microphones, including models from Countryman, Heil Sound, Sanken COS-11, Deity, Tentacle and others. Shotgun microphones are excluded from this restriction.
- Custom-made or personalised cables.
- In-ear headphones or other audio products that involve direct contact with the user.
- Software or digital licences once activated.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email before proceeding. We will explain how to proceed and the options available.

Warranty

Professional equipment has a one-year warranty from the invoice date. PickAudio offers at least the warranty required by Spanish law on all products, covering manufacturing faults or defects and excluding damage caused by mistreatment, improper use or internal tampering.
The corresponding purchase invoice is required for any warranty claim or repair.

Transport

Goods travel at the customer's risk, even when PickAudio has paid the shipping costs.
Any claim for knocks or breakages must be made to the transport company, preferably upon receipt of the goods.
Never sign a delivery note without checking the external condition of the packages and the number of parcels. If a parcel is missing or the packages are damaged or broken, ask the carrier to record the incident before accepting the goods, signing both the original and copy of the delivery document. Notify PickAudio immediately so the issue can be resolved urgently. If the incident is not recorded on the delivery document, the carrier will not be liable for damage or loss.

Disputes

Any issue relating to these conditions, or any commercial or legal dispute, will be submitted by the parties to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Durango (Biscay, Spain), with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
